@torrey_ both! Tjmax has cheap ones ans find ones you love. Also incense! Look up nat and west on Youtube. The mom has a channel and shes a naturalist.

I meditate. I also use aromatherapy for my anxiety and ptsd. I use guided meditation from Spotify and Youtube.
