It has some powder or something in the bottom has a label on either side one reads boy other reads girl . Has a thing for into pull urine. Then insert urine into cup swish around for 10sec wait 5min and get ur results. Will be green for boy n a yellow tint for girl. @mommyof2preciousboys1216, hope this helps
