I had been tracking my temperature for months. Planning to try in August. My peak day, according to ovulation test, was 8/26. Took a pregnancy test, which was negative, and got my period the same day. I was anticipating my period that day, too. Figured I wasn't pregnant, but my sister-in-law said the same thing happened to her. What she thought was her period was actually implantation bleeding. If it is my period, it was a day shorter than normal, and I'm still spotting. Should I waste another pregnancy test??

That's the thing that's frustrating. Period, ovulation, pregnancy symptoms are all the same.
Wait a while. See how you feel in a week or so, if you have normal ovulation symptoms.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
