I had intercourse during pregnancy, but I think it will be the same either way, they only say that because it supposedly loosens it up down there, but I think it's going to be hard to have the baby in general no matter the pregnancy, vaginal or c-section. Each pregnancy will be different and so will the babies sizes, so you cannot really determine if it helps or not.

It's not true. I went majority of my pregnancy not having sex and had no trouble pushing my son out.

It could be, physical activities in general is what helps soften your cervix but it doesn't have to be sex that's just the easiest one I guess
