I like to take my baby outside for 10 to 20 minutes every day. I tell her what's going on around her. Describing everything. I like to do sensory games like brushing different soft items on her tummy as I tell her what they are and how they should feel. Different stuff like that. You should always talk to your baby. Reading to her is another thing I like to do. We do tummy time several times a day since week 1. She's got lots of neck control now.
Amazon! Or Facebook sale groups, sale apps, baby stores etc. I recommend infantino carrier, moby sling, or ergo baby carrier (expensive but the best and lasts until baby is older)
My son hated swaddle lol. Offer boob more. You can't offer it too much, its magical. And babywearing with a sling or wrap to keep her close while you go about your business. You can even breastfeed in them hands free
So you swaddle her? And are you breastfeeding? Usually they just want to be close in your arms being comforted. Babywearing is great if you haven't tried yet.
I always let my son dictate his own sleep schedule. Until you need to work I wouldn't worry about it. That said they only stay awake for about 2 or 3 hours until 6 months or so. My 1 year goes about 5 hours before a nap now

Maybe an hour at this point. They most sleep, eat and poop
