My milk supply has gone to shit

He may just be thirsty or want to be near you. My daughter cluster feeds from the time i get home everyday. Back to back.

@torrey_ he could be going through a growth spurt. Or he is cluster feeding. Remember. Breastfeeding isnt always about hunger.

I eat oatmeal every morning, nurse more frequently and have the tea. Nothing helps

@beebaby, Mason isn't getting full like he use to. After he eats he is still looking for more and I try to give it a hour he'll nurse from both again and it's the same all over again. It's been like this for the last 3 weeks

Yea I was the same. I did it as long as I could but eventually switched to all formula . There are moms that can keep their supply up while pregnant I wasn't one of them. I ate oatmeal stayed hydrated and drank the tea so I guess it just depends on the person.

Why do you think your supply is low?

Oatmeal helps staying hydrated also

Stay hydrated. Try not to stress. Power pump? I power pump or do a nursing weekend to get it back up.

That's what happened to me when I got pregnant. Had to switch to formula . Hope you can get it back up.
