I'm from the same area as you and I had WIC and Medicaid when I had my baby. The Marksville health unit will try to give you one if you have those things. But here's the catch. The pumps are reserved for premie babies so they may or may not be able to give you one. I wasn't lucky enough to get one.

Wic just sign up they will give u food and when u are close to your due date the pump

Insurance or wic if your going back to work

If you have tenncare you can get one from them

I think through your insurance and also through WIC.
