Has anyone had to use fenugreek capsules?? Do they actually work?? I got my lovely period back and my milk supply dropped baby won't latch bare breast so I've been pumping and bottling him but it takes me an hour to get 100mls when I'm used to filling 3-4 bottles in that time :(

need some advice. Had some mixed advice. using formula and basically some things say I can use tap water and warm up the bottle in my bottle warmer. somethings are saying I have to use boiling water and cool down. so I'm really confused. is it ok to use tap water and warm in my bottle warmer or not?

Not really. Does he usually latch? Sometimes periods can change the taste as well.

No he's never latched cause I have inverted nipples

Okay. Unfortunately there's not much you can do for a quick fix. Latching baby is the quickest way for a boost. It's a pain but you'll just have to power through 😣 I do recommend some herbs but not fenugreek.
