Meal prep is awesome! Def more protein amd veggies and less carbs. Oatmeal in the morning with fruit is really good. Plus cardio helps drop weight fast as well. With some light weights!
I mean you can and I probably will. Cause I always don't last long on a diet if I'm eating different from my family lol. You can make a meat like steak for dinner for instance, and a veggie with it then add like rice or mac and cheese for the family along with it but I won't eat the rice or macaroni I'd eat more veggies instead
Keto diet. I see alot of people losing fast on it. I'm starting this weekend. Going to prep my meals ahead of time so I have no choice to eat anything else.
