Is being excessively tired normal? I am sooo tired. I woke up at 7 and went back to sleep at 9 and I just woke up. I feel really tired, like I didn't wanna get up right now, but i had to cause I'm sooo hungry 😂😭😂

ugh.. woke up sooo tired, my back is killing me, and my kidney is hurting sooo bad. I feel like I need to go to the ER about my kidney but then again my urologist told me specifically to only get concerned if I have a fever and am vomiting...
