Okay so I have a question, should I move or should I stay?

I currently live in a studio cabin (20x15), and when I say studio I mean STUDIO😳. Even the bathroom is wide open. There's not a real kitchen, just my table, a little two burner stove, a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. I don't even have a sink right now because it was a tiny bathroom sink so I couldn't wash dishes and it leaked so I took it out. BUT it's my own space, I don't have to worry about if someone's gonna come barging in and it's easy to clean. And I only pay $50/month on it.

I could move into- a larger two bedroom house BUT I'd have a roommate(girl). And with my daughter idk about that. Kami would still be sleeping in he same room as me so that wouldn't change if I moved there. And to get to the only working bathroom everyone would have to walk through my room. Also this house is old so it has some spots that will always have dirt or pieces of drywall and I'm afraid kami would get into all of that. So I'd probably have my eyes glued to her and worried. (Yes I watch my child but in a tiny cabin there's no having to be a🚁 mom) BUT it does have an actual stove, fridge, makeshift pantry, living room, and actual bathROOM. And my rent would go up to $300/month.
