Midwife!! We had a certified nurse midwife for the birth of Caroline and loved it!! When it was time to push, she never once said "Push, push, push! " she said "Go!" And then "easy, easy" when I needed some rest. She remained very calm. I made sure there were no scissors for an episiotomy. The room was calm and everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. We are using the same midwife for this baby too! We love her!
