So I just turn 7 weeks today and I'm spotting and it heavy spotting no cramping our nothing but I put a pad on and I'm still spotting should I just run to the er just to be safe than sorry ? 😩

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
