Should I wait for my first appointment to get a prenatal vitamin. Or can I purchase one from walmart. If so recommendations please?

My doctor told me I could pick anyone but he also prescribed me some, but they make me so nauseous that I think ima get the gummies instead
The nurse told me the only difference between prescription and otc prenatal was that the prescription ones had more folic acid or something.
I personally liked the prescribed ones better. But I tried the one a day prenatal pills and the fish oil gels and they always made me throw up. My sis took the gummies and liked them
