The nurse told me the only difference between prescription and otc prenatal was that the prescription ones had more folic acid or something.

I personally liked the prescribed ones better. But I tried the one a day prenatal pills and the fish oil gels and they always made me throw up. My sis took the gummies and liked them

Start taking them now I used these with both pregnancy if you have morning sickness bad take the gummy ones there easier on your stomach
