In regards to meat try meats similar to chicken like other poultry and go from there one little step at a time. Some people do a reward chart for trying something new as well so each time they try something new they get a sticker and when they have a certain amount they get a Present. Xx

You could start mixing them up with other things, like rice or pasta. So he's got something he's familiar with and something new to try? Encouragement is key, so maybe a reward chart for when he tries something new? I always ask my child to try everything on the plate and if he doesn't want to eat it, it's fine aslong as he tries it. After a few times he normally eats it willingly.

@suzannecamilleri26, I do eat with him but just tell no when he has to eat his Hun unless chicken but I try smiles faces xxx

Maybe try him with smiles faces my 13 month old daughter dnt eat but she loves them or u sit ad try and eat it with him so he knows it's okay to eat xx
