@trevino.ale9, they do it after you have baby, but they only do it if baby doesn't come out O- blood type. My son was born with O+ so I had to get it after I had him

Ugh they suck. I got it when I was pregnant with my son and after I had him, now I have to go get it again for this pregnancy on friday😅
