Okey so bayy boy turns 1 in december, dont want to do a huge birthdayparty since its a big expense and its gonna be cold out then, whats some ideas to do instead of a huge birthday party? Plus its my birthday too?

No birthday party
Anyone not doing a birthday party for lo this year? I feel like its kind of pointless for me to do one for my son because all of his cousins live out of town and I don't have any friends with kids. The only other kid he really plays with on a regular basis is my 2 year old sister. But I feel bad because its his first birthday and I want to do something special. Any suggestions?
I don't believe in first birthday parties for babies my opinion is its dumb and unnecessary
Bake or buy two cakes: a main cake and a smash cake (or a cupcake!) Simple decorations like balloons or streamers on the cake are free are the lowest cost of all bc of its basic design. Buy a little one you can put on a stick for the smash cake to get some cute pictures. Reference: Cake specialist at a local bakery 🙂
