@therurallady He has, with no luck. But I'd way rather look for it myself. His method is to destroy the house and make a huge mess while he looks, my method is to meticulously take everything apart, then put it back together, so the house is cleaner when I'm done than when I started, haha.

@rola Already check all of that 😕 I feel pretty certain that it got flushed down the toilet. I remember seeing the key on a table in our room the night before he couldn't find it. He left our bathroom door and toilet seat open while our son was playing, which is a big no-no with toddlers of course. So, my 1 year old probably grabbed the key, and tossed it in the toilet.

That same thing happened to us and it turned out that my son put the keys in a pair of old boots my husband never wears.
