@beebaby, oh I have PLENTYYYYY! I was just trying to keep everything out of the court so he wouldn't file. Stuck between a rock and a hard place. We kept everything out of the court and he was out of the picture for 4 months. So we figured he would stay gone

Never let it pass get a no contact order then he can't contact you and if he does he will go straight to jail

No get a restraining order before he does try just so he gets supervized visits

@beebaby, with her record and the harassment and abuse he wouldn't get anything more than standard supervised visitation 🙌🏻🙌🏻. But I want to avoid that as long as possible, my daughter doesn't need to have that be her reality. It'll do too much damage I believe. But I'll forsure look into getting a no contact order, thanks mama!

The laws are different everywhere but where I live you have to file a complaint first, and that complaint of harassment, or abuse, or stalking has to be proven which Im sure you can with the messages he has sent to you

If you look up the no contact order laws in your area it will tell you how to go about everything
