My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤
shaking a baby?! So this girl I know had a baby girl a few months before me. The baby is 8-9 months. Well she was over at my bff house and the baby was crying and she went into the room and shook her and yelled at her to go to sleep!!! My bff started yelling at her to take care of her child. She said but she needs to go to sleep I want yo watch this movie! And my bff told her to get out of the room and she put baby girl to sleep. She goes to the living room. She is not watching a movie but is all over some guy she just met....

@anacort, then she's most likely ready :) I'd take her about every 30min and reward with stickers when she goes and put her in underwear during the day, yes it'll make more laundry but leaving her in a diaper will just confuse her

@anacort, when they're taking off their diaper all the time or if it seems that they're upset when their diaper is dirty. I usually start by letting them come into the bathroom with me so they get the general idea before I start training. And sticker charts are fantastic for training :)

@anacort, good luck :) I'm hoping to potty train and get rid of bed time drinks on my next week off work cuz she's way behind compared to the rest of my kids....daddy is a slacker lol

@anacort, within reason yes. And just offer drinks from a cup. With my older ones we had put a stand next to their beds with a cup that had a small amount of water in it in case they woke and eventually they stopped waking up for it

@anacort, I don't bother taking away night sippy til I night time potty train then I do cold turkey. With a cup of water on hand while they fall asleep
