In the beginning I couldn't drink it lol now I have 1-2cups a day. Cherry coke has been my weakness & I don't drink pop usually!

I still drink it I turn into someone no one wants to be around with out it 🤷🏼‍♀️

I drink it maybe a few times a week, if I get it from somewhere I usually get an iced latte since it has less caffeine than a regular coffee , & yes drink water also☺️

I am still drinking coffee but when I have too much I can sure tell it messes with her sleep pattern

It is okay in moderation. As long as you drink 64 oz of water it is okay
