Try drinking some sleepy time tea before bed or maybe even now if you have any

Benadryl...my doctor told me to takr it. Worked like a charm.

Definitely talk to your specific doctor before you take anything. My doctor said absolutely no benadryl..i think everyone's different. I just used lavender oil!
