Ibuprofen and Camilia works pretty good for my son. Some days he's more cranky then Others though while teething.

Nothing worked for him so we went with Tylenol.

Rub some vanilla extract on the gums. Don't use orajel that toughness the gums and makes it harder for the teeth to come thru

Frozen fruit. That helps.
