I have been bleeding for 4 weeks now it started out as spotting and now it's like a period. Every day is different one day it will be just spotting and the next day it's heavy. Last month I had that huge period where I woke up covered in blood. I'm not cramping at all. I'm starting to get worried. Idk if it's just my PCOS or if it's something to worry about
