I'm having like gas and belly pains. And going to the bathroom a few times.  Should I still breastfeed ?  Will my baby get it also ?

Anytime you're sick or not feeling well you should definitely continue breastfeeding. If you do have something your body is going to send the immunities from whatever sickness you are currently fighting off through your milk.
