@h_mother0322, I slept with a pregnancy body pillow. Tucked behind my back. Between my knees. Under my tummy. There's unfortunately no avoiding that pain. Only relief I could find was laying on my back.

@db413, some nights because I sleep with pillow between my knees and under my stomach. Sleeping with the pillow under my stomach helps sometimes

@h_mother0322, I just dealt with it and had my bf rub them when they went numb. There's really nothing you can do. I do suggest a weekly chiropractor visit if your insurance covers it. It doesn't solve the problem but it does help the frequency of the numb hips go down.

@h_mother0322, I don't remember when mine started but I thought it was the weirdest thing ever and it made it almost impossible to sleep

@gabriellerene, it happens with most pregnancy, both of my pregnancy my hips got loose early so they can get ready for the baby. Omfg it was the worse, my first it start at 7 months. Now it's started early this time

@skysmommy04, I never understood that, everybody period different and pregnancy different but women are all made to bleed once a month & carry babies for 10 months 🤦🏽‍♀️

Si funny our 1 baby is the same age and we close in pregnancy I should be 24 weeks but I guess I ovulated a bit off 🤷🏻‍♀️
