I had head aches thru my whole pregnancy (I think its connected to allergies) I use cold packs on my head or the little freezie eye masks you can get at the dollar tree, that way I don't have to hold it or try to balance it on my head while doing the things I need to get done.

Cold aloe vera on forehead and neck. Miracle for me.
