Is it bad that I don't take my prenatals ?! They made me extremely sick at the beginning of my pregnancy and since I'm still throwing everything up I just don't take them 😪

I woke up very dizzy almost fainted, my hubby had to carry me back to bed, everytime I move I throw up, one moment I'd be sweating the next I'd be cold...I prop my head up a little bit with my hand..I haven't had any food so I'm hungry....The only time I'm throwing up sick is when I'm pregnant. Is there anyone here who doesnt take prenatals? I feel like I'm the only one. I dont take it because I end up throwing it up. And it doesnt make me feel good at all. I stopped taking them around week 7 week 8 and now that I'm almost 15 weeks, I'm feeling way better. I would have morning sickness everyday... now its hardly.
