Every time I go to the toilet (number 2) there's always loads of bright red blood in the toilet and tissue! Could it just be piles or fish hook. Will it just go away on its own?

I'm 17 weeks 18 weeks tomorrow , I started to notice a pinkish color in my urine , I just now went to the bathroom & when I wiped it was pinkish red . should I be worried ? I can't get into a doctor until tomorrow ..

Okay so I woke up this morning I was having contractions way more uncomfortable then the ones I had before then I went to the bathroom wiped there was some pinkish discharge. Then as I stood up there was a glob of light red mucus in the toilet. And these contractions are sooooooo painful more then ever before. I'm going to try and time my contractions but they hurt so bad it's feels like a constant strong period cramps in my pelvic area. 😓
