Okay I will like to know something very important and I want to know your opinion.
What do you look for when you are searching for a daycare? Example: smell, the way the teachers are dressed, cleanliness, etc.
How cute I love the pjs
I have half the teachers telling me to open my own daycare like if it's so easy
I have 5 kids and I want the best for them and when I'm at work I look at the children as if they are my babies and I want the best for them
I'm changing a lot of things cleanliness is my 1st thing and making sure that everyone is on the same page I don't like or want parents coming in asking something about there child and you don't know what happened or where something is I hate that
I just started working at a daycare and I told them I will like to help them change things in a good way and what better way then asking parents
So my sons daycare, I love hate them. They love all kids they know every kids name even if it's a baby to 8 years old. They feed them so well my son weighs 22 lbs lol. But the floor I want to just clean it. The carpet is like 20 years old. He gets sick a lot. There are pros and cons. How they treat my son outweighs the 20 year old floor. I love his teacher to much she will be watching my son when I have this baby. There are good and bad things to all daycares
Credentials, organization, cleanliness, how they spend time with the kids.
