What is the most difficult part of feeding your children? What's your approach to overcome the difficulty? (This goes for any and all ages)
What were you taught about nutrition as a child that did or did not serve you well into adulthood?

@chantellekrown, things were very difficult. Specially with having to coparent with his ex wife who let them eat whatever they wanted.

My son is 6. Hes kinda a picky eater. The most difficult thing is to find what he likes to eat. Getting what he likes to eat and if i cant wait till he gets hungry enough to eat what we do have. I wasn't really taught about nutrition till i was a teen.
In the past with my exes children, we often ran into the problem of one week they liked certain vegetables and the next week they didn't like them. To overcome it, we always had them "try" them again. As long as they tried we were happy. And also more than happy to substitute the vegetable for a fruit cup if they didn't like it. As for lessons into adulthood I was always told you have to eat certain things to stay healthy. But I learned growing up that there's always a substitute for that nutrition that you may like better.
