At what age do you buy your child a booster seat because this car seat isn't cutting anymore my daughter getting way to big for this
@santistevanmommie, thank you I wasn't to sure but I'll look into it thanks
You'll need a convertible seat for awhile. They rear face and forward face. Some of them even do it all. Booster seats aren't meant to be used until they're 7-8 yrs old
By law in NJ children can't be in boosters until at least age 4, and 40lbs, I think, or until they outgrow the height/weight requirements of the carseat. If I can manage it, though, I won't switch him until he's 5 or 6. I'll keep him rearfacing as long as possible, too. His carseat goes to 40lbs rear, 65lbs front.
@gabsmommy, oh baby should be rearfacing until 2. Is she still in an infant seat?
Then next seat is a convertible car seat :)
@ashleydunn, really I didn't know that ... my baby will be one next week I guess I have some ways to go I'll look into the car seat tho thanks
Most kids aren't ready for boosters and can't sit correctly for one until closer to age 5 (minimum) there are 3 in 1 car seats to keep them harnessed until then

Rave! New carseat, the Chicco Nextfit. LOVE THIS SEAT. Even the most carseat inept person can install this seat with latch. LOVE IT.
Always amazed
At the amount of seats that come into seat checks totally wrong. I did roughly 30 checks today and only 4 were right! Lots of babies are now safer in the car!

Which seat would fit better in my Honda Accord 2 door? And which seat is better
can wic help me with a newborn car seat

So I got rid of my spacious Chevy Impala and now have a compact Hyundai Elantra. I’m trying to figure out which car seat would fit best in a smaller car.?? The car seat will go behind the passenger so there will be a little more room to move the front seat up.
@gabsmommy, you're welcome if you need anymore help feel free to message me
