HELP PLEASE
what have you all done for anxiety??? I've been having attacks really bad and just had one at work and I'm still not completely calm... anything could trigger me at this point ....I'm scared

The only thing that really helps me was figuring out why I have them and how to cope so therapy is the best I think not medication

Having an intense debate on Facebook about school fees for public school. I'm in the "stop whining about school fees and stop having kids if you can't afford them" camp and there is the other camp of "free school is a constitutional right! It's bull s*** we have to pay anything at all".
