My baby just got circumcised today he's been crying a lot every time I attempt to change his diaper. Idk if it's because he needs Tylenol? If I put more Vaseline will he stop being in pain?

Just coat with vasaline and put a gauze on it so it can protect his thingy from the diaper
You can use a baby wipe, so that it gets a little wet, or wet a piece of gauze, and then put another gauze on with the ointment.

Also, DON'T rub. If there's anything o the penis that needs to be cleaned, dab/blot ONLY as much as possible.
Don't use Vaseline. Use A + D ointment. The first 6-12 hours is rough, but after that, it'll form a scab, and he'll be okay. Just be liberal with the ointment.
I would use Bagbalm. It works amazingly. And put some ointment on the diaper where his area would be so that It doesn't stick to the diaper. I learned that trick myself lol I have 3 boys
