Anyone have any advice on how to keep things down? I've tried the pills my doctor prescribed me, but they aren't helping at all.. tried them in the morning & at night , even in the middle of the day.
I had the same problem- the best thing is to always have something in your stomach, even if you feel like throwing up. I was really dizzy and found laying down helpt. The two live savers were Unisom sleep aid and a vitamin B6 before bed. I'd how it helped but it did!
Crackers! And making sure you eat every couple of hours.
