How long do yu wear yur belly bands or waist trainer???

I had an easy and fast recovery and that may be the reason why.

I had a C-section last time too. I'm having another one. I may wear it longer this time.

@chocolatemomma, I didn't have to wear one wen I had my son ..my belly went down quick but I had my daughter 2wks ago and I had a cesarean and it helps keep everything in place seem like jus gets uncomfortable to wear !!

I don't have a prior pregnancy to compare it to, but I think it did help it go down. It wasn't comfortable, but I plan to do it this time also. I was thinner than before pregnancy when I had my 6 weeks check up.

@chocolatemomma, I should've did tht even tho mine wasn't bloody ...so it helped yur belly go down? I wear mine from time to time but it gets so uncomfortable to me I really feel like I need to take it off

Yep. I asked for extras because one of them got bloody while I was at the hospital.

@chocolatemomma, oh I only have one..so ion have nunin to rotate...yu slept in yours too

Just to shower and to change it. I had a few of them, so I rotated them as I washed them.

I wore mine for 6 weeks. Idk if I was or wasn't supposed to, but I did.
