Sooooo it's a state of emergency for NC effective tomorrow at 8am 😳😳

Yes :P

Just curious how is it a state of emergency if it dont go in effect til the morning? I thought state of emergency was right then and there

I just saw one of the meteorologist posts on FB for MS, he said that if the storm doesn't slow down, she may end up in the Gulf. Just keep watching. Don't worry, just pray.

@mrs.kemper12172014, I thought the same thing. The governor came on the news and was like its effective tomorrow 😳

@custom_cutie We are already under one here in SC. 😟

@rebeccathomas06, I saw that on the news earlier today 🤦🏽‍♀️😩I was at the grocery store and there was pretty much nothing left
