I may just be freaking myself out but for the last 2 weeks every morning baby boy wakes me up with a few kicks and is active for the next hour. This morning nothing. Kinda worried. Should i wait a few more hours before calling the doc?

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
