Honest opinion am I overreacting....so my mother in law and sister in law didn't call my son on his birthday on Wednesday. Yet they knew it was his 2nd birthday. I was so upset and hurt because we've lived with them so I considered them like my actual family. For those of you only wanting one child do you worry about them missing out on not having siblings? I really think I just want my daughter and no more. I don't want her to feel like she's missing out on a brother or sister.

Does anyone like their in laws?

With all the posts about terrible in laws I was just wondering if anyone actually likes their in laws?!?! I love me in laws. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful immediate and extended family. My mil loves spending time with my boys. She comes over at least once a week and will sleep over. She gets up with the boys in the morning and let's my husband and I sleep in. My fil is a great man also. He's always coming over to visit and do some odd jobs around the house...
