So on Friday I'm getting what's called a formal ultrasound to confirm twins or not what's the difference between ultrasounds?

kaylaberg7777 4d is like 3D, but it takes multiple pictures so you can see movement :)

What's the earliest they can tell on ultrasound what you're having?
