Not one person I've talked to with multiple kids says it's the same, in fact every single person I've talked to says the exact opposite, that each time is different. Your body is going to react differently. Being exhausted and hungry are completely normal. Try not to stress yourself out. In my experience so far weeks 1-9 were HORRIBLE with nausea and fatigue. I am just finally finding some bursts of energy to get stuff done. You will be ok. Think positive ;)
@meganmaria1995, unless you're bleeding a lot and cramping a lot it's hard to tell. My first, I miscarried second trimester and almost died and needed surgery. I bled for a week before hand and was in intense pain and my OB insisted it was fine. But with that pregnancy I threw up like 7 times a day. Which is apparently supposed to be a good sign.
With my daughter who survived (2nd pregnancy) I only threw up 3 times the whole pregnancy. So I was worried I was going to MC. But she made it totally healthy! My 3rd pregnancy, I didn't throw up at all and no cramps but miscarried.
It's all so different and all you can do is try your hardest to relax and not stress yourself out
