I've had a headache for 3 straight days. I've done Tylenol. I'm 14 weeks. Help!

Drink water and go get checked woman tend to develope high blood pressure during pregnancy gotta be careful it's very harmful for you and baby

I work my way through this list of things when I have headaches:

1- drink water (recently started drinking some Gatorade with the water)

2- try to eat something

3- remove glasses & stop staring at any electronic screen

4- cool cloth on forehead

5- lie down & rest, preferably without light

After this list is when I try Tylenol. I agree with the advice to check your blood pressure.

You can also take Motrin Advil and Aleve
