So I recently just found out I'm pregnant with my first child as well. But to tell how many weeks are you, my last period was in July 20 2017. I missed last month, found out September 1st I was pregnant. So would could I be 6 weeks along

Maybe 7 or 8 weeks .. my last period was feb 24 & drs count that as my first week of pregnancy
Edit: im sorry the lmp is counted as week0 then the following week is week 1
