I used bio oil while I was pregnant with my son and I didn't get any stretch marks.

It works but stretch marks are genetic you can't prevent them all. But you can prevent some by moisturizing plenty. Coconut oil or any deep moisture oil really. But after the baby the small ones usually disappear after a few months.
