Question... I picked up some fenugreek and brewers yeast today. The brewers yeast was in pill form. Just wondering if I got the right one???!!!

No problem.  If your going to bake they have brewers yeast but if not the pill is the same.  Not sure how much you need

Yes.  Beware of fenugreek.  It has sideeffects
