@87crystalball, it's on her skin like it's stained. I noticed one a month ago and thought is was a birth mark but then I started noticing more.

@amandahiatt, not flaky at all that's why I don't think it's cradle cap. It's almost like her skin is stained yellow. It's weird.

Looks like cradle cap. My daughter had that and if that's what it is, it's harmless. Is it flaky if you barely scratch at it?
