To all the tiny girls before becomi g pregnant, when ppl say "o0 you'll bounce right back" .. "your all belly" .. . Dont listen to them! Was size 1 before pregnancy, was all belly. Didnt put on much weight. Now not even my biggest jeans fit me ((size 3)) Im not expecting it to just happen. I know its something to work at, never have I ever had to do this before, so finding the time & energy to start the routine is all I'm needing to do. Once in a routine it just feels natural to do everyday. .. . Im better get started.

@kmarie1303 I'm breastfeeding so I think that's the only reason it went down so quick lol. Aww! At least baby boy was ok! That's great though, working out helps keep your body and mind right, routine is key! Great job mama, keep it up! Yes our babies are definitely worth it!
@harleigh1223 .. your lucky!, to have your belly start going flat naturally.. i think mine would have bc all 3 of my bilogical sisters did .. If I had a natural birth. But bc baby was breeched i had to have c-section & i really think that made a difference in the healing.
Dont get me wrong i look A LOT healthier than be4 birth, weighing 110 at 5'6 was not a good look. So if I workout to trim my belly fat, tighten & tone everywhere else, then ill be more happy with my apperance.
No shame!! My son was 100% worth it. Just could be more satisfied 😊.
People told me all the time I was all belly, lol. I was really tiny before my son and 2 weeks after giving birth my belly was already getting flat. My hips are just wider now but I wanna work out to tone everything.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
@kmarie1303 it does! I honestly feel like I'm getting too thin again so I'm trying to double up on meals so I don't go back to my pre pregnancy weight 😓
