I woke up with a low grade fever today (100.4) and it has stuck around all day. I don't really want to go to the ER but Tylenol is only helping a bit and I'm starting to get a little worried. I don't have any other symptoms either...

I asked my doctor when to worry about a fever and she said at 101. It could just be your body adjusting, but keep a eye on it and make an appointment to be safe.
