Well.....I found out I have gestational diabetes! 😩Dr has me on a strict diet and I have to check my blood sugar 4x/day. Hurry up November!!

@bayou_donna, yes!!! That is so cool! I love her too!!! All the OB's in that office are amazing! I had a miscarriage in January and Dr Drennan called me one afternoon just to check on me. Then like a week later I got a card in the mail from her and Hollie! It meant the world to me!
@spongey, that would make sense. I woke up this morning and my sugar was so low I had the shakes until after eating breakfast. About 10 years ago I had issues with LOW blood sugar so the whole GD thing is crazy to me
@crystalhealing ya fingers didn't want to give blood anymore towards the end lol according to Dr I was measuring pretty well with keeping my "strict diet", I had no risk of anything else. I think it's just to get more out of the insurance I say?
I end up have Gestational diabetes, which caused me to have my baby a week early. Mines didn't show up until week 37. My Doctor is Drennean. Is she yours as well? I absolutely love her!
@spongey, ughhhh! I know! I've had no issues with my sugar being high since I got it! I went a day on the strict diet and my sugar was so low. I decided to eat more today and it stayed in the 80's. So weird! And I've also had several ultrasounds because I'm high risk due to a medication I take and baby has always measured fine.

The most annoying part of being pregnant.... and my baby wasn't even big and actually smaller then I thought. I just didn't get it. I never changed my diet either lol bc I already was eating ok I say. And my sugar never went high.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec
Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
@crystalhealing, She made all the difference in my pregnancy! I prayed for a good Doctor and was blessed with her. We have a sweet, caring doctor...that's for sure!
